Job Description Being the leading Kerio channel sales manager in Russia and CIS actively sell and promote Kerio products and values to local channel partners and end-users representing SMB market. Senior sales manager is responsible for executing of global channel sales strategies on local territories, delivering sales quotas by active development and management of channel network and leading local team by educating and inspiring team members, helping them to achieve best results. Main Duties and Responsibilities. Achieving planed revenue in the respective territory Budgetspending control Financial and sales and reporting to CEE headquarter, including monthly reports and quarterly business reviews KerioBusiness partner network development and management Joint business planning and performance reviews Keriopartner recruitment and channel expansion Preparation of business plan for respective territory Close interaction with marketing and technical teams Overallresponsibilities for day-by-day management Желаемые навыки и опыт Requirements Excellent communication and presentation skills Successful track record of channel sales Understanding of IT/Networking technologies People management experience Self-motivated and able to motivate others Fluent English – spoken and written
